Shepherd Recovery Centers was founded to meet the growing need for accessible, professional outpatient addiction and behavioral health services in the Greater Houston area. We provide structured, evidence-based care that allows individuals to pursue recovery while remaining engaged in work, family, and daily life. With a focus on accountability, individualized treatment planning, and meaningful therapeutic relationships, our mission is to help every client build stability, restore confidence, and achieve long-term recovery.
A Word About Where We Are:
Shepherd is a new organization. We do not yet have years of published outcomes data or walls lined with client testimonials — and we will not manufacture either. What we do have is a clinical team with combined decades of experience in behavioral health, a governance structure built for accountability from day one, and a mission we are staking our reputation on.
We invite you to evaluate us on the quality of the conversation you have with our admissions team, the transparency of our process, and the standards we hold ourselves to from the very beginning.
